Tax liabilities and ITC Comparison Tables in GST Portal Explained in Tamil

Tax liability மற்றும் ITC Statement என்பது ஒவ்வொரு நிதியாண்டு மற்றும் வரிக் காலம் வாரியாக வரி செலுத்துவோருக்குக் கிடைக்கும் ஒப்பீட்டு அறிக்கையாகும். இது படிவம் GSTR-1 மற்றும் GSTR-3Bயில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட பொறுப்பு,GSTR-3B படிவம் மற்றும் GSTR-2A 2B படி பெறப்பட்ட படிவம் ஆகியவற்றின் அடிப்படையில் ITC கோரப்பட்டது.


The tax liability and ITC statement is a comparison report which is made available to the taxpayers for each financial year and tax period wise. It is based on liability declared in Form GSTR-1 and Form GSTR-3B, ITC claimed as per Form GSTR-3B and accrued as per Form GSTR-2A/GSTR-2B.

We can compare:

Liability declared in Form GSTR-3B with Form GSTR-1

RCM liability declared in Form GSTR-3B with RCM liability populated in Form GSTR-2B

ITC claimed in Form GSTR-3B with Form GSTR-2A/GSTR-2B

TRAN தாக்கல் செயல்முறை மேம்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது மற்றும் வரி செலுத்துவோர் தங்கள் படிவங்களை TRAN-1/2 ஐ தாக்கல் செய்வதை எளிமையாகவும் எளிதாகவும் செய்ய போர்ட்டலின் பயனர் இடைமுகம் மிகவும் உள்ளுணர்வுடன் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. TRAN-1/2 ஐ எளிதாகவும் எளிதாகவும் தாக்கல் செய்வதற்கு விரிவான ஆலோசனை மற்றும் படிப்படியாக, சட்டத்தின் மூலம் சட்ட வழிகாட்டியும் தயார் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has provided a one-time opportunity to all the aggrieved taxpayers to file Form TRAN-1/TRAN-2 and claim their transitional input tax credit in GST system. In compliance of the Hon’ble court’s directive, the facility for filing TRAN-1/ TRAN-2 or revising the earlier filed TRAN-1/TRAN-2 on the GST common portal by aggrieved taxpayers have been made available by GSTN from 01.10.2022, and as per the court’s instruction shall be available to all aggrieved taxpayers till 30.11.2022.

The TRAN filing process has been enhanced and the user interface of the portal has been made more intuitive to make it simple and easy for the taxpayer to file their forms TRAN-1/2.
